Maritime training without borders!

At SIMAC Training, we believe that maritime competence development should reflect the global nature of the maritime industry itself.

Through close collaboration with maritime authorities, ports, pilot organizations, training institutions, shipping companies, and governmental stakeholders, SIMAC Training has contributed to competence development projects and operational training initiatives across several parts of the world.

Our international activities combine practical maritime experience, simulation-based learning, operational understanding, and long-term partnership building — always with focus on creating training that is relevant, applicable, and sustainable in real maritime operations.

Building partnerships through knowledge and operational experience

Our international collaborations are founded on dialogue, mutual understanding, and shared operational challenges.

Rather than delivering standardized “off-the-shelf” solutions, we work closely with local partners to understand operational realities, regulatory frameworks, cultural contexts, and future competence needs.

This approach allows us to support both immediate operational requirements and long-term maritime capacity building.
