In our advanced Full Mission Bridge Simulator, your employees are placed in a highly realistic scenario where collaboration, communication, and decision-making are key to success. No prior sailing experience is required—quite the opposite. Our teambuilding activities are designed so everyone can participate, whether they are familiar with maritime environments or have never set foot on a vessel.

This makes the experience ideal as a shared activity across departments, levels of experience, and professional backgrounds. As participants work together to solve tasks under realistic and engaging conditions, it quickly becomes clear how important it is to listen, coordinate, and make sound decisions together.

Example of an afternoon program

A teambuilding program at SIMAC Training could look like this:

14:00 Arrival at SIMAC Training, where we welcome you with coffee and cake. Time to settle in, greet each other, and get a good start to the afternoon.

14:30 Briefing and team allocation. We introduce the program, outline the framework of the exercise, and divide participants into teams.

15:00 The activity begins with voyage planning and role allocation on board. Teams work together to create a plan and determine how best to solve the task.

15:30–17:30 Teambuilding in our Full Mission Bridge Simulator. Participants work on collaboration, communication, and decision-making through role play, tasks, and challenges—supported by our instructors throughout.

17:30 Joint debriefing, where we reflect on the experience, the day’s learning, and the collaboration patterns that emerged.

18:00 The day concludes with dinner at Molens Måltider at SIMAC, with the opportunity to continue conversations in a more relaxed setting.
